A space to slow down and listen.

About my Sessions.

We all have an innate knowing of what is best for us, what we need, and how to heal ourselves. Sometimes… well a lot of the time, it’s hard, almost impossible to tap into.

Together, we will make sense of your story, let go of the heavy things, and bring a sense of calm back to your body.

My space is one where you can be completely honest with how you’re feeling just through being heard. You'll be surprised how much lighter you will feel.

I help you realise that your body has never been working against you. Because that tension that won’t leave your shoulders, the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix… it’s not random. It’s not a sign of weakness. It’s your body holding what your mind hasn’t had time to process yet. In my sessions, I help you work through physical and emotional challenges that can arise from trauma, stress, or everyday life.

In-person sessions.

Gentle somatic bodywork and kinesiology session

Sessions don’t follow a fixed structure. Some move through conversation, others focus more on the body, and often the two overlap as things begin to release.

There are times where you’ll want to talk, and times where rest feels more important. The work adjusts to that. Muscle monitoring is used where it’s helpful, offering a way to understand what your body is holding without needing to rely on words alone.

Online sessions.

Online sessions lean more on conversation, while still working with the body in a thoughtful, connected way.

The depth of the work remains the same.

Children & Teens

Calm nature background representing holistic healing

Children and teens don’t always have the language to explain what they’re feeling, but it often shows up in other ways, in behaviour, mood, sleep, or how they respond to everyday situations.

These sessions create a calm, supportive space where they can be met as they are. We work gently with what’s showing up in their body and nervous system, helping them feel more settled, more understood, and better able to move through what they’re experiencing.

You don’t need the words to start.
Just find a time, and we’ll begin there.
